What can you expect today?
What did you miss?
Did Epke Zonderland do his last exercise? The racks specialist scored 13,833 in the qualifications, not good enough for a place in the Olympic Final, he expects himself.
“A 14-plus must definitely have for the final, so its painful,” Zonderland said. “But what do you expect if you havent been able to train? In training, I couldnt do anything close to an exercise, its actually not normal for me to do an exercise with this difficulty.”
Zonderland, who himself assumes that the Olympic Games are his last tournament, wounded with his health in the run-up to Tokyo. That was at the expense of his power and energy. He didnt make any big mistakes, but his practice was a little too sloppy for a high score.
