‘ADO takeover agrees: United Vansen is satisfied with American bid. ‘

Chances are that ADO The Hague will be taken over by an American group. Football International writes that the Otium Group/Neltex Sports has reached an agreement with major shareholder United Vansen.
The Chinese wanted to sell ADO and Monday, according to Football International, an agreement was concluded. For more than seven million euros, the Residentielub would be taken over by Otium Group/Neltex Sports. It is not entirely certain yet, because nothing has yet been signed, but there is an agreement in principle.
The Otium Group operates together with Neltex Sports, a company that owns several sports teams. The intention is that the Americans lay down EUR 5 million to take over ADO and pay another EUR 2 million to finish the current season. The guarantee issued by United Vansen at the beginning of this season for the Hague club has still not been paid.
Now that Otium Group/Neltex Sports will pay for that, ADO can continue and that is desperately needed. The salaries of April can just be paid, but on 25 April the bill will be empty. There was even talk of bankruptcy last week, but the Americans can resolve that.
