Age of Empires IV developers revealed multiplayer match

The premiere of Age of Empires IV is just around the corner, and the development team decided to show a recording of the actual gameplay. Relic Entertainment met in multiplayer mode and commented on the nearly forty-minute game session. The developers played for two civilizations: Russia and Holy Roman empire.

In the process, we were shown a wide variety of gameplay aspects, and most of them are familiar from previous installments of the series: picking berries, building, patrols, gathering troops, finally fighting the enemies. Age of Empires IV is released on October 28 and will be sold on the Microsoft Store and Steam.

From day one, it will be available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Pre-orders have already started.
