Agüero hopes compatriot will play more: “Seriously good”

Sergio Agüero hopes that his compatriot Julian Álvarez will get more minutes of playing at Manchester City. Last January, the Argentine came over from River Plate for just under twenty million euros, but has to make do with falls for the time being.
Álvarez (22) has so far reached five games within the Premier League, including four as substitute. However, he already scored twice. He‘s seriously good, Agüero is quoted by the Manchester City club channel. He plays with more freedom in the front. If I were the trainer, I would give him the freedom to roam, to cause trouble in the penalty area.
I’
ve always played in different positions in the front seat. I can play on the wings, closer to the center, or play in all three positions. I‘ve done that my entire career. I learned a lot by being with (manager Pep Guardiola, ed.), he would give me a lot of advice and I wanted to take the best advice he had, says Agüero.
Manchester City will play the Manchester derby against Erik ten Hag’
s team, Manchester United, this weekend.
