‘Ajax and AZ have finally found each other: Wijndal on their way to Amsterdam’

Owen Wijndal may soon call himself a player of Ajax. The club already agreed with AZ about the left back, but now the paperwork is also complete. As a result, the transfer was delayed.
According to De Cceit, almost all folds have been smoothed out and Wijndal only needs to be inspected. It will take place early next week, after which he signs a five-season contract. Ajax pays AZ a transfer fee of ten million euros. That amount was stated in the left-back contract.
It was actually the intention that the transfer would be completed this week, but due to some delay, it suddenly became exciting. Wijndal went to Epe on a training camp with AZ. However, he did not take action.
Ajax already completed Steven Bergwijns arrival this week.
