Ajax-opponent Benfica slips painfully down in his own home

Benfica ran into points loss four days before the Champions League game against Ajax. The top club from Portugal, which is third in the league, prevented defeat at home against Vizela, the number fourteen.
It promised to be a tough evening for Benfica, especially as Adel Taarabt had to leave with a direct red card after seven minutes. The referee first gave yellow, but after interference with the VAR, it was converted to red.
