Almere City is back in the lead after a big win over Go Ahead Eagles

Thanks to a large victory over Go Ahead Eagles (3-0), Almere City is back in the Kooze Champion Division. The team of trainer Ole Tobiasen benefited from the slipping of De Graafschap, which lost Thursday to SC Cambuur (0-2).

Frederik Helstrup, Oussama Bouyaghlafen and Xian Emmers scored the goals for the home team. They scored all three from a corner.

Koploper Almere has 30 points out of 13 matches. Cambuur haunts with 28 points, but has played one less match. Last week Almere lost the first place by going down with large numbers at Cambuur (7-2).

Go Ahead Eagles drops to tenth place.

NAC Breda

NAC Breda continues to be close to the head of the Kitchen Champion Division thanks to a 4-2 victory at FC Eindhoven. The Bredaners came on 27 points thanks to the victory.

After 35 seconds NAC faced a backlog due to a goal of the Belgian Brian De Keersmaecker. Even before rest, the team of coach Maurice Steijn turned the stand through hits from Nick Venema and Spaniard Roger Riera.

Through another Belgian, Jacky Donkor, Eindhoven reached the same level again, but Robin Schouten and Mario Bilate, the last one out of a penalty kick, NAC delivered the second win in a row after a changeable period in which the team lost the lead position.
