American clubs don’t want to give up Polish internationals for duel with the Orange

Poland will have to make do without midfielder Przemyslaw Frankowski and striker Adam Buksa in the Nations League game with the Dutch national team next Friday. Both players are not allowed to travel to Europe from their American clubs Chicago Fire and New England Revolution.

Nine-time internationals Frankowski and Buksa, who were hoping to make his debut, should be quarantined for ten days on their return. In the Major League Soccer, the highest American football league, matches are scheduled during the international period.

Earlier it was already known that the Polish national coach Jerzy Brzeczek cannot appeal to star player Robert Lewandowski. The striker from Bayern Munich, after a busy season – he won the Champions League finals last Sunday – let the first Nations League games pass him by.
