Jennifer Lopez must look for a new opponent for her movie Shotgun Wedding. Armie Hammer has stepped out of the project after what he calls “false and deceptive attacks” on him online.
In the last few days, leaked messages have appeared on social media from a man pretending to be Hammer. He explicitly describes his sexual preferences to a woman, in which he also claims to be a cannibal.
“ I will not respond to these nonsense stories, but given these false and deceptive attacks on me, I cannot now leave my children to shoot a film in the Dominican Republic for four months,” said the actor in a statement. The movie studio would have let him go without a grumbling. “Lionsgate supports me in this and I am very grateful to them for that.”
Armie was married to Elizabeth Chambers for ten years, but in July the two announced their breakup. The couple has two children: daughter Harper (6) and son Ford (3).
