Kenneth Perez is not impressed by the work performed by Technical Director Frank Arnesen at Feyenoord. The analyst finds that his compatriot did not deal well with the available money that Feyenoord had. Perez is also expressing himself again about trainer Dick Lawyer.
At the ESPN studio, Perez talks about Arnesen. “I have a soft spot for him, but what he has brought in so far for a club that has no money… So they have paid nine million euros for Texeira, Diemers, Bozenik and Antonucci. I think thats a huge amount of money for moderate quality,” says Perez.
Also Attorney came up in the studio, just as before on Sunday. After the 3-2 defeat against ADO Den Haag (3-2), Lawyer alluded to a departure, where De Kleine Generaal implied that his players are too busy with transfers, contracts and money. Perez first stated that “the players really dont like to hear it.” Now the Dane goes further into that verdict. “The players can also say: we have a fat-paid trainer and he doesnt bake it either. Lawyer should just say to his players tomorrow (Monday, red.): we will continue this way, instead of asking.
Perez does think that Attorney is still the right man in the right place, only on an important condition. “He has to be the old Dick again very soon. He has to take really hard measures again and not turn a blind eye to: well, let it go. He just has to be tough. He has achieved many successes with that,” concludes Perez.
