Arnhem police hand out 26 fines after ‘dangerous wedding procession’

The Arnhem police handed out fines to drivers who presumably belonged to a wedding procession.

The police received many reports about a group of cars displaying “dangerous driving behaviour” in the city centre. Drivers drove aggressively and honked a lot, says the police. Passengers also hung out of the skylight and some got out in the middle of the lane.

With the help of camera images, 26 fines have now been issued, also for unnecessarily feeding the alarm lights, unnecessarily stopping on the carriageway and driving over a driving surface. “All licence plate holders can expect a fine of between 90 and 400 euros,” reports the police.
