Fulham stunt at Everton
Josh Maja has given Fulham a little hope for a longer stay in the Premier League. The Nigerian scored both goals for his team in the winning match with Everton (0-2).
Just before the race Fulham got a big punch to deal with. Spits Aleksandar Mitrovic tested positive for the coronavirus and was therefore unable to participate.
Kenny Tete played the entire game for Fulham, the current number 18 of the ranking. Fulham has a 7-point backlog on Newcastle United, which is seventeenth state. Everton remains the number 7 of the highest English football class for the time being. Fulham lost the last 22 away matches against Everton in the Premier League.
Remise Wolfsburg with Weghorst
Wolfsburg has neglected the competition to put the Champions League spots on a big backlog. Against Borussia Mönchengladbach it remained 0-0. Wolfsburg had the most chances. Especially in the second half it was dangerous a few times. John Brooks headed on the pole while Weghorst saw a stakes turned.
Wolfsburg now stands fourth with 39 points. Gladbach has six points less and takes seventh place in the Bundesliga.
