Bad news for Ajax: Blind with stretcher van het veld at Dutch team

Bad news for Ajax: Daley Blind has fallen out with an ankle injury in the World Cup qualification match of the Dutch team against Gibraltar. The defender went off the field by stretcher.
After 51 minutes, Blind was in pursuit of Gibraltar striker Tjay de Barr and remained on the ground after a duel. He grabbed his knee and ankle and couldnt walk anymore. In the end, the defender had to be worn from the field with a stretcher.
It
s unclear how serious Blinds injury is. However, the first reaction of the defender gives cause for concern. Ajax is on the eve of a crucial month with a match every three days in the Eredivisie, KNVB Cup or Europa League.
Ajax kicks off the month next Sunday with an away match against sc Heerenveen and then plays against AS Roma, RKC Waalwijk, AS Roma, Vitesse (cup final), FC Utrecht and AZ. Should Ajax reach the semi-final of the Europa League, the first match will follow on April 29.

A sad retreat for Daley Blind.Hopefully its not that bad, but it doesnt look like that at first glance… #GIBNED pic.twitter.com/9UHFKubrwi
