Barça is still alive after a bizarre conclusion

It really went in all directions at Camp Nou, but FC Barcelona has one last straw to cling to in the Champions League. The Catalans were very close to elimination, but striker Robert Lewandowski became the hero of the night. Bayern Munich continues in the Champions League after a victory at Viktoria Plzen, while FC Porto, in turn, also won.
Barcelona – Inter 3-3A week ago, Barça ran into an unfortunate defeat in Milan. The task was therefore clear to the Spanish superpower: only a victory counted in-house against Inter. A defeat would even mean Champions League elimination, while a tie would also be very unfavorable.
Barcelona started the game sharply and was dominant. That also resulted in a hit, just before the break. Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana had to watch Ousmane Dembélé make 1-0 after a smooth attack. So Barça went to rest with a good feeling, but after the break, the home team didnt seem to be completely awake yet. In the back, it was anything but good and Nicolò Barella made good use of it: 1-1.

That was a hit for Barcelona, which seemed upset. Inter just smelled blood and even made the 1-2 more than ten minutes later. In the back, it was open again near Barcelona and Lautaro Martínez shot through both poles. Immediately after that goal, Frenkie de Jong made his entrance. The Dutchman saw from the field that Robert Lewandowski seemed to make it completely for Barcelona. The Pool made the 2-2 and Camp Nou was therefore ecstatic.
After that, another bizarre final phase began. Robin Gosens put Inter ahead for a while, but in the injury time, Lewandowski set the final score to 3-3, so elimination is not a fact for Barça after a crazy evening. Inter only needs one more win, over Bayern or Plzen, to eliminate Barça.

Can this race go on any longer please? 🤤 What a game at Camp Nou and Robert Lewandowski puts Barca very nicely on 3-3 🥵 #ZiggoSport #UCL #BARINT pic.twitter.com/fxsfbicQfW

Plzen – Bayern 2-4 The other game in Group C of the Champions League was nowhere near the same high voltage as Barça-Inter. Bayern was almost certain of Champions League wintering before the game, while Plzen is heading for last place. After the first half, Bayern was already 0-4, due to goals by Sadio Mané, Thomas Müller and Leon Goretzka (twice).

After rest, however, the visitors let the reins celebrate a little more, so Plzen was increasingly able to play football. The Czechs even scored twice, so they were able to leave the field with a good feeling. At Bayern, they are undoubtedly also happy: Der Rekordmeister is already guaranteed a spot in the knockout phase of the Champions League.
Bayer Leverkusen – FC Porto 0-3Xabi Alonso, who has just been appointed to Bayer Leverkusen, was unable to prevent his team from facing a hard loss. In Germany, FC Porto was master and master. The Portuguese were also lucky with two penalties. They were both used. Porto is now at its best in the second place in Group B. But Atlético Madrid and Leverkusen are still in the race.

Porto, the lead! 🎯 Initially, no penalty will be given, but after intervention by the VAR, a penalty kick will be awarded that will eventually be used ✅ #ZiggoSport #UCL #LEVPOR pic.twitter.com/K7AchSdvYb
