FC Barcelona has made a new bid for Robert Lewandowski. According to BILD, the Catalans have placed 35 million euros on the table, while Sky Sports reports about a bid of forty million.
Previously, Barça already placed a bid of 32 million in Munich. It seems certain that Spain‘s number two has now also made a second bid, although different amounts are mentioned. Bayern does not intend to let Lewandowski, who still has a one-year contract, go just like that.
Bayern director Hasan Salihamidzić has also sent a clear signal to the German branch of Sky Sport about a transfer from the Pool. “Or Lewandowski stays? Right now, the probability is one hundred percent. On July 12, he has to report here again, so I’m waiting for him.”
In recent weeks, Lewandowski has made no secret of his departure wish. Director Salihamidzić recently had a “valuable conversation” in Mallorca with the attack leader, but Lewandowski does not seem to have changed his mind.
