It is simply much more attractive for Feyenoord to sell Tyrell Malacia to Manchester United than to Olympique Lyon. The former club wants to pay a lot more.
That‘s what The Athletic reports. Lyon did not want to pay more than fifteen million euros including bonuses: twelve million fixed and three million extra. Feyenoord, however, believes that Malacia is worth more and so Manchester United’s bid came as a gift from heaven.
Erik ten Hag‘s club offered fifteen million fixed and two million euros in bonuses. And there is also a resale rate on Malacia, knows the generally reliable medium. The left back itself is not complete with Manchester United.
