This man takes the term ‘hangry’ to a completely different level: he got so angry with a Starbucks employee when she forgot the cream cheese at his bagel that he pulled out his gun.
The man walked back to the Starbucks drive-thru window when he discovered that he hadn‘t received cream cheese. When the Starbucks employee asked if he had paid the cream cheese, he furiously pulled out his gun.
The employee didn’t walk over him and briefed her father, who‘s police chief at Miami Gardens. Delma Noel-Pratt told CBS4 that his 23-year-old daughter was traumatized by the incident. The incident also worries him: “It is very worrying that someone wants to go to the limit for cream cheese on their bagel.”
“Pistol almost fell out of pocket”
After the woman handed over the cream cheese, the man drove away. He was later detained on the basis of camera footage. Against the police, the man denied that he had threatened the woman. He would have taken the gun alone because it almost fell out of his pocket.
The man is suspected of multiple offenses, including firearm assault and armed robbery. The man disagrees with this charge; he said there was no armed robbery.
He’s stuck in a $10,000 deposit.
