Blizzard talked about changes to Diablo II: Resurrected after testing

In April, Diablo II: Resurrected ended the first phase of testing. After it, developers from Blizzard made some changes that were shared only now. The changes touched on the graphical effects of spells such as โ€œLightningโ€ and โ€œSnow Storm & raquo; sorceress and โ€œSacred Coldโ€ paladin so that they are more in line with the style of the original version.

Also updated the graphical effect displayed when monsters are struck or immobilized with spells, poisons, and other effects. Animation speed for mana and health is now updated better matches the health and mana, and the color of weapons, armor, task items, mascots, scrolls, gems and potions has become more saturated.

Other changes: Now available the ability to switch the display of item names with a single key. The number of total stash tabs increased from one to three (each 100 cells).

A hint to compare items properties can now be turned on or off. Adjusted the color of translucent cards to merge less with the environment.

The three map settings are โ€œMini Card on the Leftโ€, โ€œMini Card on the Rightโ€, and โ€œCentre/Full Screenโ€. Option to enable watches.

Now the game will load faster and no one will be able to attack or harm the character while loading. Removed additional sighs and spouts added earlier.

The next phase of testing will take place in August. Players who pre-order will be the first to access it, and open testing for all players on both PC and consoles.
