Ritsu Doan hopes for a last-minute transfer to the Bundesliga. With that news, Voetbal International and the Eindhovens Dagblad will come up on Monday evening. The Japanese from PSV would be in his homeland to be able to be medically inspected there.
Doans management, who came out at the last Olympic Games and made a great impression, spoke to representatives from Hoffenheim, Mainz and Augsburg on Monday. Those Bundesliga clubs would like to take over the Asian but are shocked by PSVs asking price. The Eindhoveners are reportedly asking 6.5 million euros.
Still, there seems to be a good chance Doan will leave Eindhoven. According to ED, that does not apply to players such as Érick Gutiérrez, Derrick Luckassen and Dante Rigo for the time being. The trio is not included in trainer Roger Schmidts plans, but has not yet been picked up by other clubs. Theres no news about any interest in any of those players either.
A number of #PSV people hope to find shelter elsewhere. Ritsu Doan is one of them. The players management held talks with Hoffenheim, Mainz and Augsburg today. They hike at the price of 6.5 million euros, so the football player seems to stay in Eindhoven.
