Children are not allowed to go to school: classrooms are full of mold

Children from three primary schools in Goes have a week longer holiday. The school building they share is full of mold and therefore they are not allowed to go to school.

The mould is mainly on the floors of the classrooms. It is probably caused by damp air.

The floor must be cleaned well. Schools must also ensure that the fungus does not return.

That all takes a lot of time. That’s why the children don’t go to school on August 24, but only on August 31.
