Children in Israel and Gaza get help with nasty memories of war

For

almost three weeks now, Israel and the Palestinian territories, such as Gaza, is a bit quieter. After violent bombing and shelling, a truce has been agreed. More than 250 people died, most of them on the Palestinian side.

For children in Gaza and Israel, it was not the first time they faced such violence. It impresses them a lot.

Some children suffer a lot of those nasty memories of violence. So much they need help from a therapist. It helps them cope with their anxiety and to place nasty memories.

Most kids go back to school by now. Rescuers try to help them as best as possible.
