CD Projekt said Cyberpunk 2077 will return to the PlayStation Store as early as June 21 — more than six months after its removal from the store. In a week, players will be able to repurchase the PS4 game. What is related to is not known.
The last big patch came out three months ago, and there are still a lot of claims to the performance and graphics on PlayStation 4. Nothing changed dramatically during that time, but the frame rate still increased.
Update (20:42). Sony issued a statement announcing Cyberpunk 2077‘s return to the PS Store, but warned that playing on the basic PS4 would still have performance issues.
“Users will continue to face the unstable performance of Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4, but CD Projekt RED will continue to improve performance across all platforms. Sony recommends playing on the PS4 Pro or PS5.
