Danjuma velts Bayern Munich

Arnaut Danjuma has proven to be unattainable for Villarreal CF against Bayern Munich. The Dutchman signed the diptych for the only hit of the game in a very exciting first match. The German team was unable to drag a point out of the fire against Villarreal‘s collective.
El Submarino Amarillo defeated Juventus in the eighth finals and was linked to Der Rekordmeister in the quarterfinals. On paper, the Germans seemed to have drawn favourably, but the practice showed different. Starting at minute one, Bayern Munich played a big game and Villarreal made the most grateful use of it. After eight minutes, Danjuma was the end station of a beautiful combination and hid with an intikker Manuel Neuer.

A response from the German camp was expected, but except for Thomas Müller and Kingsley Coman, Julian Nagelsmann’s team had no finger in the porridge. In fact, before rest, the home team seemed to double the margin. Francis Coquelin worked in an eye intended cross all at once, but the VAR noted offside.
After half, the ball was for Bayern, but the biggest chances were again for Villarreal. The strong playing Giovani Lo Celso, Alfonso Pedraza and Danjuma were able to expand the lead, but they just couldn‘t find it. Ten minutes before, the Orange international was taken to the side. Danjuma’s fellow striker Robert Lewandowski was completely out of the play and the Spanish owe that to themselves. At times Bayern was outclassed by the number seven of La Liga.
The only thing Villarreal can blame for himself is that the victory has not been higher. The brilliant starting position is therefore limited. Next Tuesday, the return in Germany will be on the role. Villarreal defends a 1-0 lead in the Allianz Arena. The final winner will be the winner of Benfica and Liverpool in the semi-finals. The Reds won the first game 1-3 in Lisbon.
