De Boer hears from Van Gaals statement of support: I disagree with

Frank de Boer already announced that he also opted for a 5-3-2 system in the training interland against Georgia. The national coach of the Dutch team received support from his teacher Louis van Gaal on Friday, but does not agree entirely with him.
According to Van Gaal, 5-3-2 is the best system. โ€œIve heard something about itโ€, responds De Boer, quoted by De Cceit. โ€œThe best system, I disagree with that. 4-3-3 is also a good system. Switching there when necessary as Louis himself did in 2014, but 5-3-2 is good; the winner of the Champions League played it too,โ€ he refers to Chelsea, who won the billion-dollar ball at the expense of Manchester City.
Orange will also play the
wave-off match against Georgia on Sunday in a 5-3-2 system. De Boer does not think it necessary to practice the 4-3-3, because almost all players are already familiar with it. He praises the attackers who fell out of the boat against Scotland (2-2) because of not being played in that system. โ€œWith Steven Berghuis and Quincy Promes, we also have the players for that. They are good at it as well as Cody Gakpo and Donyell Malen.โ€
