Cyriel Dessers is “seriously proud” of his move to Feyenoord. The Rotterdam announced on Deadline Day that the former Eredivision-top scorer is being rented from KRC Genk, including option to buy.
On Twitter, Dessers will hear about his completed transfer. ‘I can write cliché things or good English quotes here, but I’m seriously proud and happy to be able to join a big club like Feyenoord for my chance! ‘ , writes the striker. “See you soon at the corner flag to celebrate a goal’, he concludes with a wink.

Dessers also talks to FC Afrehab after his move. He says he’s been having a lot of entertained over the past few days. “The last few days I‘ve been really busted with crazy rumors and transferjostis. I really had to laugh at it,” says Dessers grinning.
The Nigerian international also talks about Feyenoord trainer Arne Slot. “I talked to the trainer and I’m looking forward to working with him. When I go to a club, the trainer is the most important thing to me. That he believes in you. I think everyone sees their vision. Hard work and throwing the beech in it is the basis, but of course I have to show other things too.”
