Capcom confirmed that Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition will have four graphics modes — two with ray tracing and two without it. As a result, users of PS5 and Xbox Series X (about Series S unknown) will be able to choose: 4K at 30 FPS with 1080p raytracing at 60 FPS with 4K raytracing at 60 FPS without raytracing mode with 120 FPS without raytracing. Previously, it was reported that without ray tracing, only a mode with 120 frames per second would be available.
A special edition of the slasher will be released on November 10 on the Xbox Series and number 12 on PlayStation 5. The ray-tracing mode will initially be only on Sony console — it will be added later on Xbox.
