FC Barcelona seems to have to do it without Sergio Busquets in the near future. The midfielder has suffered a knee injury in the Spanish national team. On Tuesday, a scan will be made to see what the exact damage is.
Thats what El Mundo Deportivo reports. The Spanish Union announced earlier that Busquets will not be present during the match against Germany on Tuesday. It is not yet known what the damage is for the Barcelona midfielder, but it is expected to be out for about three to four weeks. As a result, he misses the matches against Atlético Madrid, Dinamo Kiev, Osasuna and Ferencváros.
There will be a scan of Busquetss knee on Tuesday. Nothing serious is expected to come to light, but for now nothing is certain. Busquets, together with Frenkie de Jong, forms the controlling block on the Barça midfield this season.
