Universal Studios Japan decided to postpone the opening of the Super Nintendo World theme park, which was planned for February 4. The decision was made due to the worsening of the coronavirus situation in Japan and Osaka — the city where the park is located — in particular. As Bloomberg writes, this is one of the most affected cities due to the pandemic of the Land of the Rising Sun.
At the same time, the new opening date of the institution is not yet called. Previously Nintendo noted that visitors of the park are waiting for a special, unique experience, and the company shared its images, including attraction by Mario Kart and the stone “Bowsers Castle” .
