England — Hungary 1-1In group I, the English have put their direct World Cup ticket on the line with a draw against Hungary. The formation of national coach Gareth Southgate was even disadvantaged by a punishment by Roland Sallai, but managed to set that countergoal right before rest through John Stones. However, there was no bleed, and thats why the chasers smell blood.
Albania and Poland play against each other and can reach two and three points from England respectively at win. However, the game has been shut down because objects were thrown on the field after the Polish opening target and it is not yet clear when it will resume.
Portugal — Luxembourg 5-0 The poor Luxembourger didnt know where to look for it, because after eighteen minutes, Portugal was already 3-0 ahead. Cristiano Ronaldo took advantage of two penalties, bringing his total to 114 international goals, after which Bruno Fernandes also hit the scoreboard. In the sequel of the game, the Portuguese took it easy, but scored it twice more. Joao Palhinha and again Ronaldo filled up the quintet.
However, the battle for the direct World Cup ticket has not yet fought in poule A, because the Serbs make Ronaldo and Co quite a pain. Dusan Tadics team won again and therefore remains a leader in the group. It has one point more than Portugal, but has played one more match. On November 14, Portugal will be against Serbia.
Denmark — Austria 1-0 The formation of national coach Kasper Hjulmand is on an unprecedented series, as it has still not received any goals after eight qualifying matches. With 24 points out of eight games and a goal balance of 27 for and 0 against, the Danes are definitely sure of the World Cup, while the battle for the play-off ticket will go between Scotland and Israel.
