FC Emmen lost his twelfth game of the Eredivisie season against Vitesse on Saturday, but unpacked with triple transfer news a few hours later. Kerim Frei (photo), Elias Frei and Jean-Pierre Rhyner join the ranks at the Oude Meerdijk.
Kerim Frei is an old acquaintance of FC Emmen: Turkey‘s five-time international was already rented from Basaksehir last season and eventually came to four Eredivisie performances due to the early shutdown of the competition. This time he signs a contract for a year and a half and takes brother Elias Frei. The twenty-year-old left-back can prove itself for one week in the first selection: after that it is decided whether to stay or to match the promises.
Finally, the 24-year-old Rhyner is rented from Primera División Club Cádiz FC until the end of the season, including option to buy. The defender was born in Switzerland, but also has a Peruvian passport, as well as his new teammates Sergio Peña and Miguel Araújo.
