Fernando Torres is back at Atlético Madrid after three years. The 38-year-old former top striker from Fuenlabrada joins the club with youth. He gets the Juvenil A promise team under his care.
The return of Torres is extensively announced by Atlético. He played a total of eight and a half years for Spains national champion. First from 2001 to 2007, then from 2016 to 2018, in between, Torres came out for Liverpool, Chelsea and AC Milan. At Chelsea, however, Torres completely dropped through the ice. He finished his career with Sagan Tosu, Japan.
After his player career, Torres focused on the trainers field. Atlético offers him the chance to take big steps and has led him in charge of Juvenil A. Torres signs for two seasons. He was also mentioned at other clubs.
