The staff of Feyenoord for the next season is getting more and more shape. The Rotterdam club has added Dennis van der Ree (on the picture on the left) as an analyst to the technical staff.
Van der Ree reports that himself via Twitter. Feyenoord hasn‘t confirmed the news yet. The 42-year-old Van der Ree is no stranger in Rotterdam. The former professional footballer played in the youth of Feyenoord and later appeared as a professional footballer for FC Utrecht, NAC Breda and SC Cambuur. After his active career, Van der Ree obtained his trainers’ diplomas and has been assistant trainer at FC Twente since 2019.
Van der Ree will not be the only new face in the dug-out of Feyenoord next season. Former AZ trainer Arne Slot is after the summer the new manager of the Rotterdammers, flanked by his old assistant Marino Pusic, who also happens to AZ. John de Wolf, the current assistant of Dick Lawyer, will continue to play his current role at Feyenoord under Slot.
After good conversations with Frank Arnesen and Arne Slot for 1 year signed at Feyenoord as an analyst ✍️😃 My son is at least happy with it. pic.twitter.com/Svmo0oponl
