Feyenoord responds ‘pleasantly surprise’: “We like to pick up that glove”

Feyenoord also responded to the news that fans will soon be able to come back to the stadiums. The stadium club was just as surprised as PSV and Ajax, but is glad that the stands of De Kuip will soon be filled again.
On Tuesday it was announced that during the game round thirty of this Eredivisie season there will be fans in the games again: as an experiment. Feyenoord then plays against Vitesse at home, under the watchful eye of up to 6500 visitors. We are quite surprised with this announcement, says a spokesperson of the stadium club to De Cceit. But let be bright: pleasantly surprised.
Feyenoord loses nine tons per home race without an audience, became clear recently. The club has already had to request its season ticket holders to waive a refund and cannot wait for the gates to be opened again. A lot of things are not clear yet and it will all have a lot of feet in the ground, but we like to pick up that glove. Hopefully this is a start on the way to the ‘old normal’.
