The French police arrested five women in the southern city of Béziers when they were attacked. They are suspected of planning a terrorist act in Montpellier, reports the news agencies AFP and AP.
The four adults and one minor were arrested at night at the insistence of Homeland Security. According to the mayor, the investigation focused on one of the detainees. The 18-year-old woman presumably wanted to commit an assassination. According to unconfirmed reports, it was an assassination on a church.
