‘For the time being, no club has officially registered with us for Joey Veerman’

Ferry de Haan, technical manager of sc Heerenveen, has not yet received an official offer for Joey Veerman. The playmaker of the Frisians is good at home and abroad, but for now he stays in the Abe Lenstra Stadium.
De Haan was appointed at the end of April as the successor of Gerry Hamstra who left for Ajax and has since been compiling a selection for next season. Veerman could be a part of that. โ€œFor the time being, he has a three-year contract with us,โ€ says the technical man in the Sportcast of Omrop Fryslan. โ€œNo one has officially reported for him yet.โ€
Heerenveen would like to continue with Veerman and also hopes that Erwin Mulder and Lasse Schรถne will remain at the club. The goalkeeper has a contract until mid-2022 and is likely to sign, while Schรถnes expired commitment will also be extended if it is up to De Haan. Whether the Dane is open to this is not yet clear.
