Former President Bill Clinton with Infection Hospitalized

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton has been admitted to a California hospital. He is treated to an unspecified infection there. The Irvine Medical Center in a suburb of Los Angeles says it‘s not about a corona infection.

The former president would be on the better hand. His spokesman says on Twitter that Clinton (75) is grateful for the proper care of the hospital staff. He’s in intensive care, but that would be especially important to give him privacy, according to CNN. It‘s not on the ventilator.

Bill Clinton won the 1992 US election of George Bush senior. Four years later, he was re-elected for a second term.

Bill Clinton’s health is known to have operated on his heart in 2004 and 2010.
