Former Sony analyst sued, accusing the company of gender discrimination

According to Axios, the former information security analyst PlayStation sued the ex-employer because of gender discrimination. According to Emma Maggio, the company impedes professional womens growth and has not been promoted in six years of employment. When Maggio filed a complaint alleging discrimination, she was simply fired under the pretext of closing down a department where the woman did not work.

Now the former employee hopes to restore justice only in relation to yourself, but also to help your ex-colleagues who were in a similar situation. It is interesting that shortly before filing a lawsuit, the head of Sony Interactive Entertainment criticized Activision Blizzard for discrimination.
