France celebrates coffee — also on the Côte dAzur

GOURMET

How do you like him most? Black and short or as creamy cappuccino? Today, the Journées du Café begins throughout France. Coffee and its creation process — from the producer, the importer, the roasting shop to the barista — is a theme this week in selected coffee houses on the Côte d‘Azur and Provence. Always in focus: sustainability, traceability and environmental responsibility.

Customers are invited to learn more about coffee beans, cultivation and the art of coffee brewing from 28 September to 3 October in the more than 300 participating stores throughout France. And don’t miss out on the pure joy of a delicious cup in the circle of other connoisseurs.

This year Colombia is the guest of honor of the Coffee Week organized by the Collectif café. 550,000 families grow coffee in the South American country.
