Fraser impressed by smarts Tadic: ‘The best player in the Netherlands’

Henk Fraser is boating from Sparta‘s defeat at Ajax, but at the same time he makes his team a compliment for the performance at the Johan Cruijff Arena. The trainer of the Rotterdam mers also shows himself impressed by Dusan Tadic.
โ€œI think we were combative,โ€ says Fraser after the 2-1 defeat against ESPN. He acknowledges that Sparta came in a conservative way. โ€œBut Ajax is a fantastic team and then you have to be compact. And if you are careful, you can also come to attacks. We did that a great job.โ€
Sparta got ahead after an error by Andre Onana via Joeri de Kamps, who played a fantastic way. Although the Rotterdammers eventually left empty-handed, there seems to be enough perspective ahead of the six minutes against Vitesse (0-1 lead) and the clash with competitor Fortuna Sittard. โ€œBut you don’
t have much use to that right now,โ€ Fraser responds. โ€œThis remains a defeat. And it could have been prevented. You will usually be played out of here in Amsterdam. But that wasn‘t the reason for the loss right now.โ€
Fraser is a feat of the way Sparta collected the counter-hits. So things went wrong due to inattention with a plea and a handball, which resulted in a penalty kick for the home team. Tadic played an important role. โ€œTadic is fantastic. The best player in the Netherlandsโ€, from the assistant national coach is admiration. โ€œA really smart guy too. You should not be surprised by that.โ€
โ€œI am proud of my boys,โ€ says Fraser, after which he also responds again to the possible switch to FC Utrecht. โ€œIf it’
s official, we‘ll be told. I hope it comes by myself. But now I’m sick of this game. No one will blame me for that, I think.โ€
