‘Gnonto on its way to De Kuip: Feyenoord approaches agree’

Wilfried Gnonto seems fast on his way to Feyenoord. The Rotterdammers are approaching an agreement with FC Zürich on the transfer fee, reports the Italian branch of Goal.
The Swiss top club has an asking price of around ten million euros. Feyenoord currently offers four million euros, plus three million in bonuses. This reduces the difference and Goal therefore expects an agreement to be in the air.
The Algemeen Dagblad wrote on Sunday that Zurich is satisfied with a total amount of four million, but the Rotterdammers seem to have to bet slightly higher. The newspaper also knew that the number three of the Premier League was approaching an agreement with Gnonto himself. The eighteen-year-old forward would prefer the sporting picture in De Kuip, although he can earn more at other clubs.
Gnonto has only been stuck near Zurich for one year. He put himself on the map earlier this month with some successful performances for the Italian national team in the Nations League. At Feyenoord, he and Danilo Pereira have to take care of the legacy of Cyriel Dessers and Bryan Linssen.
