Good news for Ronald Koeman and his players. FC Barcelona will be able to play in a full Camp Nou in the home game against Valencia on Sunday. The Catalan government gave the green light on Tuesday to return to a hundred percent stadium capacity.
As the corona measures are eased in Catalonia, stadiums are allowed to be filled for a full one hundred percent from October 15 th. This means that FC Barcelona will also be supported by a full stadium during the Champions League game with Dinamo Kiev and El Clásico.
For Barça, it will be the first time since February 2, 2020, that every seat in Camp Nou can be sold. The treasurer of the distressed club will undoubtedly be content with that. The last time Barcelona played in a full Camp Nou, the club managed to win 2-1 from Levante. Ansu Fati was the big man on Barça-side at the time, and he took both goals. Whether he can repeat this piece of art next Sunday against Valencia will have to show.
