Halo Infinite dataminers find a hint of battle royale

Last week, Halo Infinite underwent technical multiplayer testing. Dataminers soon discovered plot spoilers in the game‘s files, which the authors asked not to share, as well as a hint of battle royal. The battle royal mode was an audio recording, which the announcer simply says the name of the mode.

Recall that back in April 2019, developers from Studio 343 Industries noted that they don’t plan to add royal mode to Halo Infinite Battles. Halo Infinite will be released later this year on Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC, as well as Xbox Game Pass.
