Heracles and FC Emmen agree again and do goalkeeper swap

Heracles Almelo has acted on Michael Brouwers departure to FC Emmen. Robin Jalving walks the opposite road and signs a two-year contract at Polman Stadium, with an option for an extra season.
Brouwer will play on a rental base for FC Emmen next season. On De Oude Meerdijk, Heracles found his successor. Jalving went through the entire youth education of the Drenthe club. โ€œWith 21 years of age, Robin is still a young goalkeeper with development opportunities. This makes him fit well with the club
s vision,โ€ says Technical Director Tim Gilissen on the club site. โ€œRobin is going to play the role of third goalkeeper. Koen Bucker has developed well over the past few seasons and in turn shifts to the position of second goalkeeper.โ€
Jalving is happy with the new step in his career. โ€œI was in youth school at FC Emmen from the O13, which I fully went through. Now its time for a next step. I spoke to goalkeeper trainer Brian van Loo and Tim Gilissen here. There was a development plan waiting for me, which I could find myself in. I want to grow into second goalkeeper just like Koen.โ€
