Ubisoft released a hotfix (1. 31) for The Division 2, which returned volumetric fog and smoke on the PlayStation 5, which for some reason were missing there. At the beginning of the month, the developers presented nextgen improvements on Xbox Series and PS5, however on the latter along with the appearance of 60 frames per second, a number of effects were missing — including smoke and fog, as well as SSR reflections.
It is not yet known whether the developers have managed to fix and reflections – if not, then this should be done in the very near future. The Division 2 came out almost two years ago, in March 2019.
Despite not high enough sales at the start, Ubisoft supported the project and plans to do so at least until the end of 2021 — and, probably, until the end of 2022. More on the Gambling New World from Amazon again postponed – now until August 31 Online Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam fell below the third “Witcher” Authors Evil Genius 2: World Domination shown sandbox.
