Noa Lang has played himself in the spotlight of the European summit at Club Brugge. Agent Bart Baving is confident that his client will ever take the step, but for the time being preaches patience.
Lang initially wanted to go for his chance with Ajax, but eventually chose eggs for his money and left for Club Brugge, where he impressed every week. According to CalciomCato, AC Milan already has him in his sights. “Twelve goals and nine assists — and if you take Jong Oranje with you: fourteen goals and thirteen assists — in 2303 minutes,” says Baving in conversation with the Italian medium. “Then it is normal that you attract the attention of the big clubs. I have no doubt that he can also succeed in the biggest competitions.”
However, Baving and Lang have patience. The attacker is now rented from Ajax and will make the final transition this summer: Baving does not rule out his client going into a second season in the Jan Breydel stadium. “He feels happy in Bruges. Well see whats going to happen,” says the manager. “Noa is a special player. He could have stayed with Ajax and signed a new contract. But hes too good to sit on the couch and wait for his chance. So we decided to look further.”
