‘Juve eliminated by Ajax, Lyon and Porto; Arsenal and Spurs not at best 30’

Norwegian coach Stale Solbakken sees nothing at all in the idea of the Super League. The 53-year-old trainer also questions the quality of the participating teams.
โ€œJuventus chairman Andrea Agnelli (photo) has been one of the driving forces in recent years (behind the Super League, red. )โ€, puts Solbakken van wal in conversation with VG. However, the Old Lady could hardly break pots in Europe in recent seasons. โ€œThey were eliminated by Ajax, Olympique Lyon and FC Porto. Then why the hell do they have to compete in such a tournament?โ€
With that Solbakken has not yet been scoured. The participation of Premier League rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur also encounters a lack of understanding. โ€œTottenham and Arsenal are probably not even among the twenty to thirty best teams in Europeโ€, surprises the Norwegian coach.
Agnelli also received the wind from Michael of Prague and UEFA-preses Aleksander Ceferin on Monday. With Juventus, the Italian preses are one of the ‘Founding Fathers’ of the Super League.
