Juventus has repacked after last week‘s dramatic Champions League match against FC Porto. With Matthijs de Lijt in the base, the club from Turin won 3-0 from Crotone. Cristiano Ronaldo was the most important man with two headgoals.
Juventus – Crotone 3-0Although Crotone is a gate closer of Serie A, it was not easy for Juventus. The Lit got a big chance, but shot next to it. And Federico Chiesa headed the bar. Only after more than half an hour the ban was broken. Ronaldo did that with the head, after which he repeated that trick in injury time of the first half: 2-0.

The duel was decided in the second half by American top talent Weston McKennie, who did not think and lasted. It stayed at that in Turin. After 22 matches, Juventus ranks third in Serie A. The backlog on number two AC Milan is four points. Internazionale is at the frontrunner with 53 points.
Osasuna – Sevilla 0-2Thanks to Luuk de Jong, Sevilla has taken three key points in the battle for Champions League football. The Dutch striker made the 0-1 for the Andalusians with a fabulous goal, after Diego Carlos had already taken care of the 0-1 after nineteen minutes.
Sevilla passes FC Barcelona and stands third in the Primera Division. The arrears at Atlético Madrid are seven points. Barcelona has to do with one point less.
Brighton – Crystal Palace 1-2Joël Veltman thought with his goal to secure a point for Brighton & Hove Albion, but is left with a hangover. Crystal Palace seized the full loot in extremis by a late goal of Christian Benteke.
Crystal Palace, with Jaïro Riedewald in the base, came to 0-1 after half an hour by Jean-Philippe Mateta. In the second half, Veltman repaired Brighton’s damage with his very first Premier League goal. That seemed enough for a point, until Benteke fired in the 95th minute hit.
