A year ago, studio Tate Multimedia announced that it was working on a new game in the Kao the Kangaroo series. The announcement was timed to coincide with the series‘ twentieth anniversary, and a modern sequel was going to be released in 2021. But those plans have already changed.
In a new video teaser, the developers announced that the premiere of Kao the Kangaroo is moving to 2022. At the same time, we showed a new appearance of the brave kangaryong, which is markedly different from the usual canonic.
The developers promise the biggest and most vivid adventure in Kao’s biography. This time, the kangaroo will go in search of his missing sister, and in the process can find out what happened to his father a long time ago.
