Keane and Scholes denounce United duo: “Theyre just not good enough”

Paul Scholes and Roy Keane have lashed out quite a bit at Manchester United players Fred and Scott McTominay. The two formed the midfield of The Mancunians on Sunday, who went down 1-2 against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Scholes, who played no less than 708 duels for United as a midfielder, saw the game with sadness. Fred gives the ball away all the time. McTominay just runs around with the ball and gives it to an opponent. Just pass it to your best players, its not that hard. It was scandalous today, said Scholes in conversation with Premier League Productions.
Keane, who is known for his rock-hard criticism in addition to his cult status with United, also made a splash at Sky Sports. The football intelligence that these two have, and especially Fred, is simply not high enough. They
re not good enough for this club. United is never going to find the connection with the top as long as they are on the field.
If its up to Scholes, Erik ten Hag will start against Brentford next Saturday with a maximum of one of the two. Ten Hag will have to victimize either Fred or McTominay. I think its better if you dont set them both up anymore.
