As part of Summer Game Fest 2021, Koch Media announced, among other things, that Kingdom Come: Deliverance will be released on Switch. More in January this year on the Japanese site Nintendo noticed information about that Kingdom Come: Deliverance will be released on Switch, however soon the PR manager of Warhorse Studios Tobias Stoltz-Zwilling dispelled these rumors, calling the appearance of the role-playing game on the Nintendo site a mistake. Now Stoltz-Zwilling noted that it was because of this error RPG and decided to release on Switch.
At the end of last year there was some confusion. We at Warhorse Studios were preparing for the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition on PlayStation and Xbox, but someone likely ticked the wrong box in Japan, so it looked like a new the edition will be released on Switch.
Of course, by then nothing like this existed. We didn‘t even think about the possibility that Kingdom Come: Deliverance might come out on Switch.
